Are you ready to commit to making real change? No more yo-yo dieting, quick fixes or going it alone with behaviour changes that don’t stick. This is your opportunity to truly commit to yourself to build healthy, joyful habits that last, with the support and guidance of someone by your side every step of the way.

We’ll start our journey together with a foundation session, where we’ll explore where you are right now and get clear on your goals. From there, we’ll create a personalised plan to guide our work, moving forward with weekly or fortnightly sessions.

Throughout our time together, I’ll offer consistent support, gentle accountability, and space for reflection as you begin to make meaningful changes. Change can be challenging, but you won’t be doing it alone - I’ll be available via WhatsApp for support between sessions, so you always have someone by your side.

We’ll finish with a close-out session to celebrate your progress, anchor the insights you’ve gained, and map out your next steps moving forward.

Voyage Package

(20 Sessions)

20 Sessions (approx 6 months)

This longer programme offers space for deeper growth, ongoing support, and lasting transformation as well as giving you the room to experiment, shift old patterns, and anchor new ways of thinking, being, and doing! With 20 sessions, we’ll have time to explore patterns more fully, work through challenges with care, and embed healthy habits at a pace that truly suits you.

We’ll begin with a foundation session to explore where you are now and clarify your goals. From there, we’ll create a personalised plan and move forward with weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions.

 I’ll offer consistent support, thoughtful accountability, and regular reflection along the way. You’ll also have access to WhatsApp support between sessions, so you're never doing it alone.

We’ll finish with a close-out session to celebrate your progress, anchor your insights, and plan your next steps forward.
